Feeling Groovy (previously, 'Over 60s') classes focus on strength, balance, posture and mobility - and enjoying the company of others!  Physiotherapists run each class in a fully-equipped Clinical Pilates Studio – no need to get on and off of the floor!  Individualised exercise programs are developed from a comprehensive assessment to screen your medical history, strengths, areas for improvement and goals.  

1-hour classes

Wed 10.30am with Sam

Fri 2pm with Jen

Particularly motivated and capable individuals can further increase their fitness by attending two classes per week.
